Welcome to Guru IPTV USA. By subscribing to or accessing our streaming infrastructure via https://guruiptvusa.us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Guru IPTV USA provides digital streaming access links, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes API credentials allowing subscribers to connect compatible media players to high-bandwidth live television feeds and on-demand video media.

2. Simultaneous Device Connections

Your subscription is strictly provisioned according to the device limit purchased:

• 1 Connection Plan: Permits only ONE active stream at any given second.
• 2 Connection Plan: Permits up to TWO simultaneous active streams.
• 3 Connection Plan: Permits up to THREE simultaneous active streams.

Exceeding your concurrent stream limit will result in automatic stream pausing on the secondary device to prevent unauthorized account pooling.

3. Internet Bandwidth Requirements

A high-speed broadband connection is required for smooth playback. Subscribers must possess at least 15 Mbps download speed for Full HD streams and 25-50 Mbps for native 4K Ultra HD and 60 FPS sports channels.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree not to re-stream, re-distribute, publically broadcast, or resell Guru IPTV USA stream tokens to third parties without prior written authorization. Any account found operating commercial re-streaming scripts will be permanently terminated without refund.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Our principal office is located at 631 27th St, Denver, CO 80205, USA.
